Busselton Foreshore Revitalisation

This masterplan concept for the foreshore development of the Busselton township proposed turning the existing parkland into a recreational area and creating a civic/cultural precinct by the sea edge, using the historic jetty as a focal point. The civic centre is comprised of low-scale buildings arranged as permeable forms, raised from the public square level. These are shaped to create gathering places and encourage interaction between the mixed uses.
