Eeles Trelease brings its long-held experience in sustainable design to its commercial projects, recognising the importance of integrating environmentally sustainable initiatives into this building type.  With early recognition by both the Property Council of NSW and the Australian Institute of Architects, Eeles Trelease has continued to develop these strategies. 

Eeles Trelease is experienced  in designing for a wide range of aged care accommodation including: independent living units, residential aged care facilities, dementia wards and adaptable houses.  Eeles Trelease consolidates this expertise in the design of retirement facilities both in suburban and regional NSW.

Education, research facilities, visitor centres and community buildings such as surf and swim clubs make up a large part of Eeles Trelease practice.  To each of these projects they bring a unique solution that has a sense of place and a strong emphasis on environmentally sustainable design. 

During the years of practice Eeles Treleases’ architectural experience has broadened to include urban design.  Whether it be a single site (such as the streetscape of Newington apartments) or redesigning a town center, each project benefits from thoughtful analysis of the built context - in terms of present constraints and future possibilities.  

Eeles Trelease brings considerable skill and experience to the field of conservation.  With extensive knowledge of past building techniques and recognised expertise in Australian modern architecture Eeles Trelease is able to inform any conservation project.

The opportunity to be involved directly with interior design has allowed Eeles Trelease to take their well developed skills and apply them to the heart of the project. This has provided opportunities to create detailed interiors ranging from compact spaces through to residential apartment suites and commercial projects. The sense of space is balanced with rational planning that is fundamental to all projects.
