Winner of Randwick Council Residential Housing Award and Sustainability Award 2008, Cardita is an excellent example of Eeles Trelease’s passive solar design strategies seamlessly integrated with the urban context.This development demonstrates many environmental initiatives; including greywater recycling and photovoltaic panels which have been incorporated into the design of the buildings, creating a sophisticated coastal apartment development.
