Precinct 3 is composed of four apartment buildings arranged around a lush internal garden. Consistent with other precincts in this development – the layout is for a perimeter block design with two stories of maisonettes and four stories of apartments above. Two extra stories cap the buildings in set back “Mansard” style. Cantilevered balconies are canted to capture sunlight and long street views.
