This project involved repair and modifications to Gil Nicholls beautiful butterfly roofed house, that was in need of loving care. Over the years the house suffered many ad-hoc changes that left it unsuitable for modern living.
Our work was to modify and update the planning, to reflect changes to lifestyle and to restore the building fabric to its original condition. In many areas this required some reduction in floor space to rationalise the planning and bring the house back to life.
