This small apartment building was designed by Eeles Trelease for the Sydney Cove Redevelopment Authority and is located against a tall rock cutting set back from Pirrama Road. Indeed the rock face and attached lichen form the rear wall of the atrium/ lobby. The street façade is one large steel grid that supports aluminium sunscreen louvre panels and their tracks. The project was completed by others but it has been carried out faithfully.
