This is a renovation of three separate buildings, comprising main house, guest accommodation and garage/studio. The original concrete block buildings were dark and damp – having no eaves protection in a rainforest environment.New work incorporates higher roofs with large overhangs and clearstorey lighting: completely changing the nature of the interiors.
