Warehouse Conversion

This is a fitout of a 2-storey apartment in a recycled Chippendale warehouse.
The “base building” work; including the stair was provided by others. Our role was to design the FF & E.
Adjacent to the stair some flooring was removed, and replaced by thick glass to illuminate the lower level.
A large storage wall is fitted adjacent to and is accessible from the stair.
The main bedroom has a roll out sofa bed releasing maximum floor space.
