This project is a series of naturally ventilated waterfront townhouses. The principle living spaces, all of which benefit from water views, are open planned and arranged around large internal courtyards.
The top floor of each house is offset to the north, allow solar access to the courtyard. This area becomes the outdoor living focus of the dwelling as well as naturally lighting and ventilating the living areas and bedrooms.
